Your own Private Groups Session at our sauna by the sea, tucked away at one of Sydney Harbour’s most peaceful beaches, Vaucluse Beach. Move between heat and sea, stretch out on the sand, or take a slow walk along the shoreline. This is your space to reset.
How it works:
Private Group Booking for up to 9 people
The sauna is heated to 85 degrees.
After about 15 minutes in the sauna, jump into the ocean or cool off in the fresh air.
Repeat this process 3 times over 1 hour.
